Marshall McLuhan suggests through his exploration into media theory that the manner in which information is communicated influences if and how the information is received. My project responds by creating a space where the message itself dictates its presentation.

The underlying system in place is that the fewer times a letter appears in a text, the more decorative its letterform. Inconsistencies in style appear as the text lengthens. This not only disrupts the reader of the text but also the designer who has no control over the design of the text beyond the text they input.
